Claudette Bond began her career by completing a bachelor of science in accounting and master of business administration in management from Wayne State University. She retired from a treasury position with Wayne State University after twenty plus years, and subsequent retirement from a treasury position with the Detroit Medical Center after five years.
Her interest began during the latter part of the 1970`s from that point, it became a personal practice done early in the morning in addition to scripture readings, and personal prayers.
Claudette began to study Yoga as a discipline to become a Registered Yoga Teacher. She formally completed the study and graduated RYT/ Registered Yoga Teacher in May 2006, from the Namaste Yoga Studio, under the Director- Ms. Linda Makowski. Guidance from longtime Yoga mentors: Ms. Gail Twitty and Mrs. Tamara Lee.

Claudette finds Yoga truly invigorating, and appreciates learning its Nubian origins, and the Hindu written application. Applying the many health remedies and respecting the universality of Yoga is her earnest honor.
